1. General
Welcome to DnTech. By purchasing from DnTech, either online or in-store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
DnTech reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
DnTech sells consumer electronics and related accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all product descriptions or pricing are error-free.
3. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
DnTech reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
4. Return Policy
14-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.
Returns are accepted only on new items.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return:
Item must be in the same condition as sold.
Item must be unused and undamaged.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
Serial numbers must match original sale records.
Factory seals must remain intact (if applicable).
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, even if the item is returned in the same condition.
Merchant processing fees are incurred immediately at the time of transaction and are non-reversible; therefore, the applicable 5% restocking/processing fee will apply to any cancellation, refund, or return request — even if requested within five (5) minutes of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Items missing packaging or accessories
Damaged items (physical or water damage)
Software, digital downloads, or activation-based products
Special order or custom items
Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
DnTech reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be permitted within the 14-day period for eligible new items in original condition. Price differences must be paid at time of exchange.
6. Warranty
New products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. DnTech does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims after the return window has expired.
7. Limitation of Liability
DnTech is not responsible for:
Data loss on returned devices
Incompatibility issues
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before returning any device.
8. Shipping (If Applicable)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
DnTech is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
9. Fraud Prevention
DnTech reserves the right to:
Verify identity for high-value purchases or returns
Refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
